Mr. Sundeep Sharma

Sandeep is one of the most innovative educators in Nepal's K-12 sector. He has been successful in infusing design thinking at the K-12 level and has introduced Reggio Emilia in early childhood for the very first time in Nepal. He believes in using technology as an enabler of learning, and that is what he has been doing at Adhyayan.
Sandeep has previously worked in the communication and aviation/aerospace industry in the US at L3Harris and Collins Aerospace (a Raytheon Technology subsidiary). He has previously served on the board of directors for City Express Finance Company, Nepal (now a part of Nepal Investment Bank) and is also a director at Orwil Systems, Nepal.

Sandeep received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and M.S. in Systems Engineering & Project Management from Johns Hopkins University.
