Dr. Hemanta Shrestha is a Tech Entrepreneur, Economist, and Data Scientist. He is Co-Founder/CEO of Numeric Mind (Kathmandu, Nepal) and also Co-Founder/COO of Wiseyak (Bellevue, Washington, USA/Kathmandu, Nepal). Dr. Shrestha received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Connecticut, USA in 2000. He has 20+ years of corporate experience primarily in Business Analytics, Corporate Strategy and Planning. Before his tech entrepreneurial journey, Dr. Shrestha worked for renowned American companies AT&T, Nokia, and Virgin Mobile USA. He also taught economics at the University of Hartford, Connecticut from 1997 to 1998. He is currently based both in San Diego, California and Kathmandu, Nepal.
